Alice B. Toklas at Logos

Connie Ketchum’s presentation of her first novel, Portrait of Alice B. Toklas , was a treat for all interested in the lives of both Alice and Gertrude Stein.  Connie spoke of how she gathered the information for her novel.  In the process, many interesting details about the intertwined lives of the two women, and others of the ex-pats living in France at that time, surfaced.  Refreshments followed the reading, and a good time was had by all in attendance.  Here are some pictures from the evening:
